Lay out of room, Breakfast
No spare toilet paper for family room. Noise of the exhaust fan of toilet and bath room.

The zimmer is like country & traditional style, looks good. Pleasant & clean place, 3 minutes walking to the centrum, charming and friendly managment staff, very good breakfast. For sure we will come back again.

Location, breakfast and surroundings.
Unfortunately it is visible as never renoveted hotel.Courtesy staff can not compensate for this lack.

The location , very next to a small river in the village.
The room was not clean and we did not have clean and tidy linen every day. The bathroom was extraordinarily small

Indeed the owners of the hotel make the difference. They are friendly and try to help customers with all their needs. Breakfast is good and the rooms are large enough. We also had lunch there and the restaurant is quite good. The hotel is located inside St.Gilgen and is 2 min from the lake.
The room service wasn't perfect (forgot different things every day) but that is something minor in comparison with everything else!

The hotel owners were lovely, hard working and very fun people. The rooms were not stylish, but very comfortable and the food was great. The feeling was not stuffy, but very relaxed with perfect service. This combination is not found often and was very lovely.
Perhaps a bit more excursion and hiking information would be helpful. There is a great lake and many hiking opportunities.
